The Surgery

Western Elms Surgery is a NHS medical practice in Reading, UK.
We are a fairly large practice, with 8 partners (doctors who own and run the surgery) and about 35 staff, providing services for around 16,500 patients in West Reading.

Opening Hours

 

Mon - Tues 8am - 6:30pm (extended evening hours - see signs outside of surgery)
Wedns - Fri 8am - 6.30pm
Sat 8.30am -12pm (no phone access)

When the surgery is closed, an emergency out-of-hours service is provided: Telephone the Enquiries line on (0118) 959 0257 and an answering machine message will tell you how to contact an emergency doctor. Please do not use this service for appointments, prescriptions and other routine enquiries.
