The practice nurse team are all highly qualified and many of them are also specialists in long term conditions. Our nurses help with the prevention and management of diabetes, coronary heart disease, heart failure and other heart conditions, stroke, hypertension, asthma and COPD, cervical cytology, travel health, sexual health and contraception, plus provide immunisations.

Healthcare Associates support practice nurses with their daily work and carry out tasks such as phlebotomy (drawing blood), blood pressure measurement, long term condition reviews, dressings and new patient checks.
