About the Surgery

Western Elms and Circuit Lane Surgeries joined together in April 2018.

We see ourselves as one Practice across two buildings and all of our 28,000 patients are offered the same care across both. All staff work across both and all services are available to all.

Currently, we have 8 GP Partners (doctors who own and run the surgeries) with a further 10 GPs across the two.

We work with a multi-disciplinary team ensuring that the most appropriate appointment is given on the first occasion. All calls are triaged by the reception team and then assessed by the information you give by the appointed navigating GP for the day. They prioritise the urgency and the type of consultation you will receive in the first instance.

Western Elms Surgery is on three floors with all treatment and consultation rooms on the ground and first floor. There is wheelchair access to the waiting area and to most consultation rooms with a lift and an additional waiting room on the first floor.

At Circuit Lane all consulting and treatment rooms are on the ground floor.
