Western Elms Surgery




	The original Western Elms Lodge dates back to ~1890 and has been used as a general practice surgery since 1921, well before the inception of the NHS. The building was extensively modernised and extended in the ealy 1990’s.

This website is designed to give you an overview of Western Elms Surgery, the people who work here, and the services we provide to the community in West Reading. Most of this information is also in our practice leaflet, available from our reception.
